We compare your MSP quote against 572 published prices (517 from the UK and EU), matched to your region and the services you are buying. You get a written answer within 3 working days of receiving your quote.

Why it is hard to tell
Most providers don't publish prices, so you usually get two or three quotes and no way to judge them. Across the UK, the median published managed IT price is £49 per user per month (n=169 published tiers, interquartile range £35–£66), but prices vary widely by region, stack and what is included. We collect the prices that are public, link every one to its source and publish the medians, so you can check the quote in front of you.

How it works

- Send us your quote or contract by email to inquiry@pricemarketplace.com. You can remove the provider's name if you prefer.
- We compare it with published prices for your region and stack, and send you a written summary within 3 working days of receiving your quote.
Why trust us
- Every price links to its source. Each price comes from a public page: an MSP's own pricing page, a UK G-Cloud listing, a vendor price list or a published guide. Nothing is estimated. Some are reported by a third-party list and are marked "via".
- Sample sizes are shown. Every median shows its n, and the main per-user medians show their interquartile range. A UK region median is shown only when it rests on at least 5 per-user rate-card tiers from providers based in that region.
- Sponsors never get a higher ranking. Sponsorship never changes data, ranking or medians, and sponsored placements are labelled.
- Known bias, stated. Many published prices are "from" prices, so medians lean low. The methodology sets out how prices are collected, which rows enter each median and how corrections work.
