How the check works

  1. We turn your quote into a price per user per month (total ÷ users, and VAT taken off if your price includes it).
  2. If you tell us the quote includes Microsoft 365 licences, we take off an allowance for them so the price is like-for-like with managed support alone.
  3. We compare it with the middle half of published per-user prices (Q1 to Q3) for your region, or UK-wide if your region has fewer than 5 published tiers or you are not sure.

Prices come from 547 sourced price points, data checked 21 October – 2 November 2026. The benchmark uses published per-user tiers, and many are “from” prices, so medians lean low.
