Where your prices sit
Based on published UK MSP prices (n is shown on each row), data checked 21 October – 2 November 2026. Many published prices are ‘from’ prices, so medians lean low. We show quartiles and percentiles, never other providers’ names or individual prices, and where one provider makes up more than a third of the prices we leave the percentile out.
Using this tool, subscribing or paying never changes the data, medians, rankings or inclusion. Your entries are not stored or added to the dataset.
A comparison with published prices, not legal or financial advice. A price outside the typical range is a reason to look at your pricing, not proof it is wrong.

How the check works
- We compare each price you enter with published UK MSP prices for the same service: per-user managed IT, Microsoft 365 management (excluding licences), MDR / SOC per endpoint, and break-fix hourly rates.
- The typical range is the middle half of published prices (Q1 to Q3). The percentile is worked out from deciles of the published prices, so no individual provider’s price is shown.
- Regional figures are used only when a region has 10 or more published prices for that service. Below that, a handful of providers would set the figure, so we use UK-wide prices.
- Where one provider makes up more than a third of the prices for a service, we show the median and range but not a percentile, because the result would mostly reflect that one provider’s price list.
